I study the psychology of creativity. I completed my PhD in Organizational Behavior at London Business School. Check out my TEDx talk for some ideas emerging from my research, or dive into the research findings directly.

Beyond conducting original research, I love coaching individual clients, facilitating leadership development trainings and sharing my ideas through speaking engagements and the written word. I live in London with my husband, Akram, and our daughter, Laila. My main creative passion is storytelling in all its facets.
